We aim to provide quality wool blankets and textiles. Please read the following conditions for returns and exchanges.
Return Period
Under Swedish consumer protection law, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them (distance selling). We extend this period to 30 days for your convenience. The return period begins on the day you receive the item.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned unused and in original condition, with all original packaging and tags if applicable. Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return; please check with us before ordering.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged due to our error. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Process
Contact us via the contact page to request a return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return address. Please include your order details and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalised items, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, and items returned after the 30-day period are not eligible for return.
Warranty and Defect Liability
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), all products come with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We are liable for original defects for at least three years after the date of purchase. If a product is defective, you have the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase, depending on the nature of the defect.
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in Sweden, including the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. This policy supplements, but does not replace, your legal rights.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us. Once an item has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. We may deduct costs if the item is not in resaleable condition or if original packaging is missing.
