Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Sweden. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us via our contact page.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping via PostNord. All orders are carefully packaged in recyclable materials to ensure your blanket arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping within Sweden: 95 SEK
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total. All prices displayed on our website include VAT but exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. We will contact you if your order requires more than 5 business days to process.
Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, standard delivery within Sweden takes 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the PostNord tracking service.
Payment Information
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer (Swish, Bankgiro)
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
- Invoice: Invoice payment available for orders over 2 000 SEK (subject to credit check)
Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed securely. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers. Payment details are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards.
When Payment is Processed
For card payments, your payment is processed immediately when you place your order. For bank transfers and invoice payments, payment is due according to the terms provided at checkout.
Currency
All prices are displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable VAT (25%). Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of order confirmation is guaranteed.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details, including items ordered, total amount, shipping address, and estimated delivery date. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any errors.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss alternatives or arrange a refund. Custom orders are made to order and may require 2-4 weeks for completion.
International Orders
For orders outside Sweden, please contact us before placing an order. Additional shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
